A certified Executive Chef and graduate from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Chef Paul earned a Gold Medal in Atlanta and was named "Culinarian of the Year' in Naples, Florida. He's served political leaders, sports superstars and Hollywood luminaries - from Governor Schwarzenegger to Coach Mike Ditka to Jamie Lee Curtis to Chuck Norris - and was even named the Executive Chef for the Pete Dye Golf Classic.
