A certified Executive Chef from the American Culinary Federation and a graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, Executive Chef Paul Liptak has shared his kitchen with some of the biggest names in the culinary world: Emeril Lagasse, Wolfgang Puck, Scott Conant and many, many more.  He mentored under Master Chef Mark Erikson and has traveled from Florida to Alaska sampling and recreating America’s classic regional delicacies, custom-designing hundreds of menus for some of the country’s most prestigious private clubs, restaurants and hotels. During his quarter-century career, he earned a Gold Medal in Atlanta and was named “Culinarian of the Year” in Naples, Florida.  He’s served political leaders, sports superstars and Hollywood luminaries – from former Vice President Dick Cheney to Ann Romney to Coach Mike Ditka to Ted Williams to Chuck Norris – and was even named the Executive Chef for the Pete Dye Golf Classic.

Executive Chef Paul Liptak is the only Tampa Bay area chef selected to participate in three major events at the 2013 Enjoy Arts & Tastes: St. Pete and the Bay Area Festival of Food, Wine and The Arts alongside celebrity chefs Todd English, Donatella Arpaia, Ming Tsai, Masaharu Morimoto, Duff Goldman, Ingrid Hoffmann, Lorena Garcia and Curtis Stone. In the spring of 2013 he concluded the first-ever “Culinary World Tour,” where his team of 20 prepared the native entrées and authentic, vintage cuisines of 23 of the world’s most celebrated culinary destinations, including Paris, Rome, London, Barcelona, Tokyo, Singapore, Brussels, Athens, Istanbul, Mexico City and Budapest.  He’s also appeared as a celebrity chef on “AM Tampa Bay,” Tampa’s top-rated morning radio talk-show and was featured in Elite Tampa Bay Magazine’s October 2013 issue as the “Florida Fresh” chef.

Since 2011, Chef Paul Liptak has exclusively served the “Treasured Members” and guests of The Club at Treasure Island, which was voted “Tampa Bay’s Best Private Club” by Tampa Bay Magazine in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and continues to be Tampa Bay’s most delectable well-kept culinary secret.
