New Year, New You!

With the New Year comes New Year’s resolutions and The Club TI is here to help you achieve your health and fitness goals.

Join Director Fitness & Nutrition, Gina Di Santo, for our first Club TI five week fitness challenge starting January 17-February 21. 

$30 registration fee per participating member
This challenge will focus on weight loss incorporating fitness, exercise and nutrition all motivated and monitored by Gina.

Registration deadline is Saturday, January 14th at 5pm.

Rules & Regulations:

  1. The New Year, New You challenge is a five week running January 17- February 21.
  2. Registration fee is $30 per participating member due at time of registration. Registration deadline is Saturday, January 14th at 5pm.
    1. Registration fee includes a free Club TI insulated water bottle
    2. A dri-fit challenge tee upon completion of challenge
    3. Members must sign a doctor release form and submit to Gina upon registration.
  3. Members must complete the following:
    1. Two fitness classes per week hosted by Club TI instructors
    2. Use Club TI Fitness Center a minimum of two times per week*
      *One visit to the Fitness Center can be substituted with one hour of tennis, per proof provided by Tennis Director, Jeff Davis.
    3. Order off of Gina’s approved menu from one of The Club’s two dining options (Tiki Bar or Marker 14 Restaurant & Lounge) two times per week*.
      *Any entrées ordered off regular Club TI menus will not be counted.
  4. Appointments for initial and final weight-ins must be made on Tuesday, January 17th or Wednesday, January 18th and Tuesday, February 21st and Wednesday February 22nd with Gina. Available times will be posted in the Fitness Center.
  5. Participating members are highly encouraged to download the free app MyFitnessPal for food journaling/tracking purposes.

 

How to Win:

  • Two prizes will be awarded in two separate divisions: Male/Female Over The Age of 50 & Male/Female Under The Age of 50
