Our private fitness center offers a premium fitness experience in a private, relaxed setting. All machines and equipment are state-of-the-art and provide the atmosphere and tools to reach your fitness goals. As a new member, you will receive five complimentary training sessions with our personal trainer, to explore and acclimate to our facility, as well as address your fitness goals for overall health. Our trainers take pride in tailoring a fitness program suited to your individual needs and in a private, focused setting like The Club’s.

Personal Training Rates
$60 per one-hour session
Package Deal: $550 for 10 sessions
New club members with fitness are entitled to five complimentary personal training sessions.

Relaxing, luxurious and conveniently located, the club TI’s massage suite and steam rooms are an indulgent way to treat yourself or spoil that extra special someone you love. Director of Fitness & Nutrition
Gina DiSanto has over 18 years experience in the fitness industry spanning from her aerobic classes in Germany to now being the Director of Fitness & Nutrition for The Club at Treasure Island. She has been a I.S.S.A Certified Personal Trainer for almost 10 years and has been a group fitness instructor for close to 20 years including being a Spartan SGX coach. Throughout her extensive career Gina has obtained several certifications in such classes as pilates, kickboxing, spin, yoga, TRX and kettle bell.
Gina is a top athlete holding a brown belt in karate, has finished with the top elite in select obstacle course races and has also achieved master status in many 5k races. Apart from her athletic abilities and fitness certifications she is also a certified S.C.W Sports Nutritionist. Now not only can our members receive the best in fitness classes and personal training, but they will also receive the additional benefit and guidance nutrition to further reach individual fitness and health goals. Gina’s goal as a fitness director and nutritionist is teach her clients to “not let age or life’s disappointments define you as a person”. She believes in encouraging all her clients to take on the obstacles that life presents and face them head on. Gina believes in helping people achieve their health and fitness goals while learning to love their bodies. She believes self confidence is an important tool in achieving fitness and nutrition goals.

Spin class is a replication of outdoor cycling that’s done indoors on specially designed stationary bikes. With upbeat music setting the tone, the instructor guides the class along simulations of flat roads and hills. All levels are welcome. Beginners should feel comfortable trying spinning because you can follow along at your own pace. You can sit when the group is standing or ease up the tension when it’s too tough for you to continue. Classes are 45 mins long. Enjoy the great cardio vascular and strength workout in a safe environment! Please bring water
For those trying spin for the first time this class is less intense than our other spin courses. Participants will sit the majority of time with little to no transition into second and third positions.
Medium to Hard
This one hour small group training session, is a wonderful blend of low impact moves, core-firming benefits of Pilates, with the strength of athletic Training and the flexibility advantages of yoga. This workout will have modern pop music, which will help you flow right into the moves. Power Core will leave your body feeling long, lean, strong and sweaty!
Medium to Hard
This one hour HIIT class (High Intensity Interval Training) workouts typically include short bursts (6 seconds to 4 minutes) of intense exercise (≥90% maximal aerobic capacity) alternating with relief breaks of varying lengths, with loud upbeat music to help you push your way through the sprints. This workout includes a limitless variety of exercises, including
- body weight movements
- power lifting free weights
- multiple-mode training, on equipment such as cycle ergometers, treadmills and ellipticals and steps. Get ready to feel your Heart pumping!
Light, Medium and Hard
TRX are Straps that are hanging from an anchor. It is a full-body strength workout that utilizes a person’s own body weight. It’s good for endurance athletes, power lifters, and fitness newbies alike. TRX offers a total-body workout, centered on your core and relying on your body weight. We will also incorporate other equipment, steps, and balls. You will discover muscles you never knew exited.
Medium to Hard
This fitness outdoor boot camp is type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. It is designed in a way that pushes the participants harder than they’d push themselves and, in that way, resemble a military boot camp. We have steps, battle ropes, sprinting, shuffles, TRX, Kettle bell and partner work. This boot camp also participates in Races! This class is meant to empower and inspire members while working out hard!
Light to Medium
Tuesdays & Fridays 9:30am-10:30am
Utilize posture and breathing to create a balance throughout the mind and body resulting in overall relaxation and renewal. Classes held poolside.
