All levels - Is a 1 minute circuit class using the equipment in the exercise room. However there is always a surprise move to challenge all levels.

Medium to hard - This is a challenging blend of low impact moves, core-firming benefits of Pilates, with the strength of athletic training and the flexibility advantages of yoga.

Medium to hard - Outdoor military workouts include calisthenics. Stations are set up with 1 minute intervals using different challenging equipment.
